We hope that you LOVE your purchase from embellish. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with it, you are welcome to do an in store exchange or return for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- No shipping & handling costs will be credited.
- Items purchased online or in-store may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
- Store credit will be issued for the item(s) on a gift card upon receiving and processing the item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do not discard of the item or any packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Any item purchased at a discount is a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not issue refunds, store credit or exchange only.
